For catalogue designs and standard color finishes, you can start with as few as 20 pieces per design/color. For custom designs, bespoke colorways, or special finishing, MOQ starts at 50–100 pieces depending on complexity. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Yes — we provide free product samples. You only pay for shipping. Let us know which model you're interested in, and we'll arrange it. Most buyers order 1–2 samples to show their team or test in-store before committing.
Absolutely. We offer custom color finishing on most models. Share your brand palette or reference colors, and we'll work with our artisans to produce a match. Custom colorway orders have a slightly higher MOQ — reach out to discuss.
Standard catalogue orders take approximately 2–3 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch. Custom orders may take 3–5 weeks. We ship worldwide with tracked courier — delivery time depends on your location.
